- i'm 23 and going into my second (and final!) year of grad school. I've chosen the path of Social Work because I know the Lord has called me to further myself thru higher education so that I can empower more people in the future. I would love to try my hand at international Social work someday, reaching the hurting, sick, and helpless all over the world from a Christian perspective but we will see what the Lord has in mind for my life. :) i also am with the love of my life, Nick. each day just gets better as i am finding myself more and more aware of what love is really about-faithfulness, devotion to God, commitment, and friendship :) A revelation I continue to live by: "it's one of those seasons where the Lord is breaking down everything comfortable for me and pushing me forward into my destiny... my flesh doesn't like it one bit, but my spirit knows it's the right way into the Lord's perfect will for my life even if sometimes I don't know what tomorrow holds... the preparation continues as the Lord won't allow me to settle for the simple and comfortable-the stretching and humbling leads me into boldness and a life of purpose as I continue to seek all He has for me..
